How much notice do you need to book a picnic?

The more notice you can give us, the better (Weekends can get very busy) However we can typically schedule and book your picnic with at minimum a 24-48 hour notice.

Are there different food options?

 Whatever picnic you choose, we have options. A grazing board comes with every booked picnic, its your choice on which grazing board you choose. We have a fruit & Chocolates board, our small grazing board that comes with a meat, two cheeses, fruit and crackers. our Luxury board that has an array of meats and cheeses, spreads, fresh and dried fruit, and crackers. Sparkling cider or sparkling water is always provided with ice.

What can I expect to have at my picnic?

 We currently can accommodate up to 6 guests (That number will increase in the near future to hold up to 20) and includes décor, soft and comfortable seating and a Bluetooth speaker to set the mood.

All picnics come with the standard Simple pleasure picnic board and can be upgraded from there. You will get our grazing board with a meat, two cheeses, fruit and crackers, sparkling cider/sparkling water with ice. You can add on our bruschetta/ fruit and chocolate board to your picnic for an upcharge.

If I am booking for a specific occasion or Holiday do you have decor for that?

 We keep all holidays and occasions in mind and can add or remove decor to fit a certain look or theme. All major Holidays will have a unique decor and table setting. We are going to be adding in different picnic theme options in the very near future!.

Do you stay while we Picnic?

 The answer is no. Once you arrive and are settled in, we leave and let you enjoy your picnic and return once your picnic is coming to an end. You can call or text us anytime during your picnic (number provided in your confirmation ) and we can arrive within minutes.

Can we leave early?

 If you want to leave before your reservation is set to end, all you have to do is let us know 30 minutes ahead of time by text or phone call. You are responsible for all picnic items until we are able to arrive and pack up.

How can I select a location?

 You can choose one of our location options, or work with us to setup at a special place, or even in your own backyard. We always do our best to accommodate your location request, however it may have an additional fee when dealing with difficult terrain: Sand, steep slopes, trails etc. We may not be able to get picnic items to a requested area. We ask that locations are 50 yards from vehicle access.

 

What is your cancellation process?

We don't offer any refunds, but we can change your reservation time with at least 72 hours of advance notice, otherwise there is a 50% charge to move your reservation. 

What happens if the weather is bad?

  Bad weather does happen beyond anyone's control, if it looks like weather is going to affect your reservation, we will contact you ahead of time to discuss your options. There is no cancellation charge for rescheduling your picnic due to bad weather.
